How do I prepare for our first in-person meeting?

Do you work with hoarders?

This is complex, so bear with me. Hoarding is a behavior, and someone can live in a functional and clean space and still be a hoarder. But often it leads to an unsafe and unsustainable environment. If you or someone you know is unable to access parts of the home due to clutter, if the hoarding involves animals, and/or if there is a significant bug or vermin problem—I recommend you contact Milwaukee Hoarder Cleanup.

Why do you charge for in-person consultations?

There’s no preparation needed. In fact, I prefer that you keep the space in it’s “natural” state. If you tend to make piles, or there’s an area that tends to collect clutter—I wanna see it! It’ll help to inform our organizing plan. No need to apologize for the state of your space either, disorganization is not a character flaw.

The initial phone call is always complementary. The first in-person consultation, however, costs $75. It’s when the ideas start flowing! That fee is then applied to your project or first month’s payment, should you choose to invest in my services.

What if I need to reschedule last minute?

Things happen—I get it! If you can give 24 hours notice, you’re golden. If not, we’re still cool, and we’ll find a time that works better. But hey, if you start racking up same day cancellations, I may charge you for the missed session. But like, not in a mean way.
